As an AI Senior QA at Hiver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven customer service solutions. You will be responsible for testing agentic workflows and LLM-powered features that process complex support interactions. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of accuracy for AI models that assist teams globally.

- Design and implement comprehensive evaluation suites for AI models and LLM applications.
- Develop automated API and UI tests to maintain high feature velocity and product stability.
- Investigate and debug production AI failures to identify root causes and improve model behavior.

- Define metrics for observability and performance of AI-powered customer support features.
