As a Product Designer, you will shape the user experience of our mobile app, focusing on both the community forum and the commission-free marketplace. You will work closely with leadership to iterate on product features that help parents connect and trade efficiently.

- Design and deliver intuitive mobile product flows for community interaction and marketplace transactions.
- Conduct user research to understand the specific needs and challenges of the parenting community.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs to guide development.
- Analyze user behavior to iterate on features and improve conversion rates across the app.
- Collaborate directly with founders to translate business goals into cohesive user experiences.
- Maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all app features and interface elements.
