We are looking for an HR Executive to establish foundational people policies and manage our full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role is essential for building scalable systems that support our team's growth and operational efficiency.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement core HR policies and operational processes from the ground up.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, including technical and product teams.
- Oversee performance management and review cycles to ensure professional development and team alignment.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
- Leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Support organizational scaling by building systems that remain effective as the headcount grows.
