- Oversee planning, budgeting, and financial reviews for operational efficiency
- Manage distributed field operations to ensure consistent quality and output
- Improve farm-to-customer supply chain workflows and product traceability
- Lead weekly operational reviews supported by data-driven performance metrics
- Drive process improvement initiatives during periods of rapid scaling
