As an Associate, Supply Operations, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our nanny supply chain to ensure consistent availability and service quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to building sourcing programs for frontline workers and managing recruitment operations across multiple service locations.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a consistent pipeline of vetted childcare professionals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for frontline caregivers in designated regions.
- Coordinate nanny availability and scheduling across multiple operational locations.
- Implement and optimize outbound sourcing channels to increase the quality and volume of applicants.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of candidate verification to ensure platform trust and safety.
- Analyze supply-side operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline efficiency.
