As a Product Engineer at Shifu Ventures, you will work across our portfolio of AI-first B2B startups to accelerate their path to $10M ARR. You will act as a foundational builder, taking ownership of products from discovery and initial design through to final delivery. This role requires close collaboration with our team of operators to iterate on product strategy and execute with speed in a venture-backed environment.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable features for B2B SaaS products from the ground up.
- Partner with design and product teams to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, and deployment.
- Make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs to maintain velocity without sacrificing system reliability.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps functions to ensure high-quality, stable releases.
- Support the rapid scaling of products by optimizing existing codebases and infrastructure.
