As a Tech Lead, you will define the architectural direction of our billing and finance engine, focusing on developer-facing APIs and robust usage-based pricing systems. You will play a key role in setting technical standards and mentoring the team to build scalable, high-quality financial infrastructure.

- Design and implement scalable architecture for usage-based billing and pricing systems.
- Develop and maintain secure, developer-facing APIs to support 200+ integrations.
- Establish engineering standards through design reviews, architecture decision records, and pairing.
- Modernize existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and ease of use for finance teams.
- Implement robust financial controls and data integrity practices across the platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
