Alike is building a social travel marketplace that bridges the gap between travel content creators and global travellers. As a Creator Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for scaling our creator network by identifying, onboarding, and managing long-term relationships with influencers. You will sit at the center of our ecosystem, ensuring that creators can monetize their travel expertise while delivering high-quality, bookable content to our community.
what you'll do:
- Execute structured outbound sourcing campaigns to identify and recruit high-quality travel content creators.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership cycle, including contract negotiations, deliverable tracking, and payment processing.
- Oversee production logistics for creator-led content, ensuring brand alignment and quality standards.
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely delivery of assets and content updates for the Alike platform.
- Track and report on campaign performance, utilizing audience analytics to optimize future creator collaborations.
- Nurture existing creator relationships to foster repeat collaborations and long-term brand loyalty.
