As the Brand & Visual Design Lead, you will define and evolve our visual identity to ensure it reflects our premium, tech-driven approach to custom footwear. You will work across digital and physical touchpoints to ensure our brand narrative remains consistent and compelling as we scale.
what you'll do:
- Develop and maintain a scalable visual identity system that reflects the premium, engineering-led nature of the brand.
- Design high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, and web interfaces.
- Create reusable design tools and asset libraries to ensure consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints.
- Translate strategic business goals into distinct visual concepts that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure brand alignment in the digital user experience.
- Execute visual design projects from initial concept through to final production at speed.
