what you'll do:
- Design and deploy low-latency, cost-efficient AI agents for consumer-facing travel workflows.
- Develop and implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI model performance in production.
- Optimize system architecture to reduce cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining high service reliability.
- Automate complex travel logistics, including flight, visa, and itinerary management.
- Partner with internal operations teams to translate manual travel support tasks into scalable automated processes.
- Own end-to-end system reliability, including monitoring, debugging, and resolving production issues.
