This role grows into becoming our HR Head in ~2 years time. I'm looking for someone who believes they're in top 10% of recruiters and can do a fine job of running HR Operations. Looking for someone who gets energy from working in a high-performing team, is super-hungry and sets a high bar for their work. The right person is already using tools like Claude for their recruitment workflows and is opinionated on how "recruitment should happen" and has the problem solving skill set to design good scalable HR Ops processes.
