As a Forward-Deployed Engineer at Carpe Diem AI, you will work directly with enterprise partners to implement AI-native solutions using our AINS framework. This role requires you to bridge the gap between technical AI development and real-world operational needs by building production-grade agentic systems. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI deployment, from initial diagnostic assessments to full-scale operations, ensuring our clients build lasting internal capabilities.

- Design and deploy agentic AI systems that address specific enterprise operational workflows.
- Collaborate with business operators to define system requirements and success metrics for automation.
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle using the AINS framework, from shadow validation to phased rollout.
- Build reusable internal tools and frameworks to accelerate delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Document technical decisions and operating assumptions clearly for client teams and internal knowledge sharing.
- Iterate on system performance based on live data and operational feedback loops.
