At tal, we are building an AI talent agent that connects people with opportunities. This role is focused on the infrastructure and pipelines that power our AI models. You will be responsible for operationalizing machine learning research and ensuring our data-driven products are scalable and reliable.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement robust pipelines to bridge the gap between ML prototypes and production services.
- Develop and maintain high-performance APIs to serve machine learning inference.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine technical requirements for data products.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to support model serving and data processing workflows.
- Automate data ingestion and model deployment processes to improve development velocity.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of backend services and data pipelines.
