As a Business Development Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in our industry-aligned programs. You will bridge the gap between our unique learning model and students' career ambitions, helping them understand how our curriculum prepares them for real-world industry demands.
what you'll do:
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns to identify and engage prospective students.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with all prospects.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone and digital channels to explain the value of our CreatorPrenuer and Creator Marketer programs.
- Articulate program benefits and projected student outcomes to prospective learners and their parents.
- Utilize CRM tools to prioritize daily tasks, lead status updates, and follow-up activities.
- Represent The LIT School at outreach events or through direct digital communication to convert interested leads into program participants.
