I’m hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer at Spyne. Full time (2-5 years of prior exp).
Spyne.ai is revolutionizing the automotive industry, starting with the US.
This role is for people who want to move into product/FDE by shipping and solving real problems.
You’ll own a set of US dealer accounts end to end. When something breaks in production, you find the root cause, fix it, and decide whether it’s a one-off or a product gap. From day 1, 20% of your time goes to one product problem you own, from spec to rollout. This role offers path to PM in 6-9 months.
Must haves:
- 2 to 5 years of software engineering, ideally backend, integrations or LLM systems
- You’ve debugged production systems you didn’t write, with a customer waiting
- Clear spoken English, you’ll be on calls with US dealers
- You care which problem is worth solving, not only how to solve it
Before you apply:
- US hours, 6 PM to 3 AM IST. Cab drop provided
- Five days a week from our Gurgaon office
