jobs in the wild.

Right now, we're building the models and infrastructure behind Voice AI, along with India's most comprehensive platform for creating, testing, evaluating, and deploying voice agents. There're products waiting to ship, workflows to improve, customers to make happy, stories to tell, and a hundred things happening in between. And somewhere in all this, we also need to sleep (occasionally) 😋 So we're hiring 4 absolute beasts to help us through the chaos: → Founder's Office - Marketing & Growth (Intern) → Founder's Office - Strategy & Operations (Intern) → Product Management Intern → Product Design Intern For this, we're ditching resumes and Google Forms. We want to see how you'd help us build Vaani. Let your work speak before you do. How to apply: 1. Fill the form: Link in comments (yes it's a google form, but just to contact you) to get access to our platform 2. Poke it, break it, play with it, build something. Find something you love, something that annoys you, or something you think we're getting completely wrong. 3. Answer one question: "How would you make Vaani better?" Go unhinged. It could be a redesign, a better workflow, a growth idea, a content experiment, or something we haven't even thought of. 4. Post your answer publicly and tag Vaani Research Labs, Chandrashekran Y and Manjunath Majety. Don't just tell us what you'd change. Show us what you'd do. The best submissions will get a shoutout from us, no matter the outcome. In return: Handsome compensation, real ownership, zero layers between you and the founders, and midnight jam sessions after big launches. Show us what you’ve got 💪 Or know someone who’d crush this?
