If you enjoy Golang, debugging complex systems, concurrency, performance, and building backend infrastructure beyond typical CRUD applications — this role might be for you.
At OLake, you’ll work on the core of our open-source data replication platform: connectors, workers, checkpointing, replication flows, schema handling, retries, and high-throughput data movement.
What we’re looking for:
→ 3–5 years of backend/platform engineering experience
→ Strong Golang fundamentals
→ Comfortable with concurrency, databases, networking & system design
→ Someone who likes owning and debugging systems end-to-end
Prior data engineering / CDC / Apache Iceberg experience is not required — you can learn that with us.
