Stillform is a modern Indian wellness apothecary being built around rituals, rest, sensory wellbeing and everyday longevity. We’re looking for someone who can help us build the Stillform world before we launch — and then grow it into a meaningful community. This is not a conventional social media role. We’re looking for someone who understands brand, culture, storytelling and community, and can translate a brand vision into content people genuinely want to engage with. What you’ll own • Build and execute Stillform’s social and content strategy • Develop Instagram, Reels, Stories and other relevant content formats • Create a strong pre-launch content narrative leading into our December launch • Develop content around rituals, sleep, wellness, movement, food, ingredients and modern Indian living • Work closely with the founder on founder-led storytelling • Build Stillform’s voice, tone and visual storytelling across social • Conceptualise campaigns, shoots, collaborations and content series • Identify and build relationships with creators and wellness communities • Develop UGC and community-led content • Work closely with the Brand & Growth Lead, designers, photographers and external creative partners • Track content performance and continuously improve what we create Who we’re looking for Someone with 3–7 years of experience in content, social media, brand marketing, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, fashion or a strong consumer brand. You should: → Have excellent taste and a strong understanding of premium brands → Be deeply curious about culture, wellness and consumer behaviour → Know what makes content feel distinctive rather than generic → Be able to develop an idea from concept → shoot → post → community response → Be comfortable working in an early-stage, founder-led environment → Be hands-on and willing to do the work, not just manage agencies → Have strong writing and storytelling skills → Understand Instagram deeply, but not be limited to “social media trends” Most importantly, you should want to build something from the ground up.
