1) Solid communication skills with customer facing role experience
2) Working 6 days a week and motivated enough to work closely with leadership and Founder, CEO

4) Self motivated, fast paced, customer obsessed, ready to work over weekends.
5) Someone who uses AI smartly and not build blind claude artifacts in minutes. There should be reasoning, depth and a productive discussion with your stakeholders, customers etc.
6) Technically knowledgeable and go getter.
