Deccan AI is building at the frontier of: 1. #PhysicalIntelligence: We are going deep on the data and evaluation stack needed for the next generation of robotics and world models: large-scale real-world capture across diverse environments and hardware, teleoperation, multi-camera and longitudinal data, motion capture and 3D keypoints, alongside harder-to-source categories such as failure and recovery, deformable-object manipulation, off-hand interactions and rare factory tasks, supported by increasingly sophisticated annotation pipelines. 2. #AI for #Enterprises: Putting AI into production for some of the world’s largest enterprises, including a top-10 global retailer, and several of #Fortune10 and #Fortune500 leading technology and creative platforms, spanning complex AI workflows, agents, evaluation and ongoing reliability. Roles we are currently hiring for: 1. GTM / Sales / Partnerships: Strong generalist with a technical foundation, ideally from a Tier-1 engineering college. You should be comfortable moving across product, customers, partnerships, and commercial ownership. Prior experience at MBB, startups, or high-growth technology companies is a strong plus. 2. MLEs / FDEs: People with strong depth in RL, Robotics, and ML who want to work on hard technical problems with real-world impact. A Master’s, research-oriented background, or prior work in robotics / embodied AI is preferred. 3. Enterprise Sales (US): Experienced sales leaders with strong relationships across large technology and Fortune 500 companies, with the ability to both hunt and grow strategic accounts.
