Senior Product Manager@Certinal
I'm hiring a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager for my team at Certinal.
First filter, because it matters most: I need someone genuinely AI-native. Not curious about AI, not open to learning it. Already using it daily for research, synthesis, teardowns, specs and analysis. We have real budget for AI tooling and zero interest in anyone doing this work manually out of habit. If you've built your own workflows, be ready to walk me through them.
We started in eSignature. That's the foundation, not the company we're building. We're building a healthcare automation company: compliance-first, for global healthcare with a serious push into US healthcare. Consent, intake, documentation. The paperwork layer between a provider and getting anything done. The roadmap ahead is much bigger than what got us here.
Not a lone IC role. You'll have a team supporting you, and part of the job is setting the bar for how they work.
You'll own: PRDs sharp enough that engineering builds without a follow-up meeting. Honest backlog health. Living competitive teardowns. Compliance needs turned into testable requirements. A straight read on how features actually performed.
I need: 4 to 8 years in product, business analysis, or an engineering/consulting/customer-facing role with real product exposure.
Strong writing, the biggest differentiator here. Jira, basic SQL, product analytics. Real willingness to learn a hard domain. Level depends on what you bring.
