AI Engineer@Amaha
We are hiring AI Engineers to join our team at Amaha.
There’s a global debate about where AI can genuinely add value in mental healthcare, and we’ve spent a lot of time thinking this through. Mental healthcare naturally demands and deserves a particularly high bar for safety, confidentiality, security, and clinical accountability. So, we’ve been deliberate about where and how AI can be used responsibly. For us, there is a clear primary goal: enable clinicians to manage their caseloads to the highest quality, while giving them more time to do what only they can do - care for people. We are also looking to automate some of our non-clinical functions as we scale. To this end, our engineering team is hiring for two types of roles: AI Engineers and AI Engineering Interns. In these roles, you will own problems end to end - from identifying an opportunity to building and shipping something that people actually use every day. So, if you care deeply about solving meaningful problems and have the desire to learn how a truly meaningful part of healthcare is delivered, this role might be for you. We are not screening resumes for these roles. Instead of telling us what you can do, show us what you can build. Share your work through the link in the comments.
