I'm hiring 4 people for the Founder's Office at ScrapUncle, and I'd rather be honest up front about who this is for. It's not for padding a resume. It's for the person who sees a broken number, gets a little annoyed, and goes and fixes it — without being asked. ⸻ At ScrapUncle, we pick up scrap from people's doorsteps, pay them on the spot, and make sure it actually gets recycled. To grow, we need to reach more people, more cheaply. That's the puzzle you'd get to solve — with real ownership, working directly with the founders. No layers. No busywork. ⸻ What you'd actually do: → Find new ways to bring in customers, and prove they work → Figure out how to acquire them cheaper → Spot what's broken across ops, marketing, and tech, and drive the fix to done ⸻ The details: 💰 ₹20,000/month + a ₹10,000 bonus for the standout intern 🚀 PPO (full-time offer) for whoever proves it 📍 Fully onsite, 6 days a week — Delhi NCR 👥 4 positions ⸻ To apply, I'm not asking for just a CV.
