At Instamart, we are constantly solving for how people make decisions and get work done in a fast-moving environment. The Behavioural Science team works at this intersection of human behaviour and business outcomes, partnering closely with teams to turn insight into action. I’m hiring two Behavioural Science Consultants for this team. This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy getting close to the real problem. You will spend time in the field, speak to frontline teams, understand what shapes their decisions, and turn those insights into interventions that work. You will work closely with Operations and HR to:  • Conduct field research and interviews  • Use quantitative and qualitative methods to uncover behavioural insights  • Develop hypotheses and test them through experiments  • Design interventions that improve frontline and business outcomes  • Work with senior stakeholders across teams to take ideas from insight to scale  • I’m looking for people with strong research and interviewing skills, comfort with data and experimentation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.   • Experience in quick commerce, logistics, retail, consumer internet, behavioural science consulting, HR, or frontline-heavy organisations will be relevant. The role is based in Bangalore and requires you to work from the office or field five days a week.
