Echnotek, a fast-growing technology solutions provider in enterprise and payment systems, is hiring for one of the world’s leading banking and Card Network providers. Role: Product Manager II Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Availability: Immediate to 30 days What You’ll Do - Define strategy, roadmap, and future use cases for NGS testing & certification. - Collaborate cross-functionally to design, enhance, and validate complex payment workflows (Auth, Clearing, Settlement). - Work hands-on with ISO 8583(prefferd), EMV, 3DS, PCI DSS, ISO20022, SWIFT , SEPA and Cryptography standards. - Drive requirement gathering, UX improvements, data analysis, and testing validation (Functional, UI, Regression, UAT). - Use tools like JIRA and Rally to manage end-to-end product lifecycle and stakeholder communication. What You Bring - 4–6 years of experience in product management or product analysis, preferably in the payments domain. - At least 3 years of experience across card payments, authorization, clearing & settlement, disputes, reconciliation, or POS systems. - Solid understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks. - Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
