Aureeture AI is building an AI-first talent discovery and hiring platform designed to fundamentally change how companies discover, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent. We’ve already crossed 1,000+ users, and we’re now entering our next phase scaling growth, expanding our B2B presence, strengthening our D2C ecosystem, and preparing for our next fundraising journey. We’re looking for someone who sees marketing as more than campaigns and content. Someone who understands distribution, positioning, storytelling, growth, and people and knows how to turn an ambitious product into a category-defining company. You’ll work directly with the founding team and play a critical role in shaping Aureeture’s growth strategy, brand, GTM, partnerships, community, and fundraising narrative. This is not a traditional CMO role. We’re looking for a builder who wants to be part of the founding journey, take meaningful ownership, and help shape the company from the ground up.
