The next travel product may not have a search box.
Travel is moving from clicks to conversations.
Until now, travel has been about navigating choices - searching, filtering, comparing and piecing together an experience.
Today, they may simply tell us:
“I want a 5-day trip to Japan with my family. Great food, not too much travel, and something my kids will love.”
And expect the product to understand the intent, make the trade-offs, build the itinerary and help make it happen.
That is a fundamentally different way to build a travel product.
At MakeMyTrip, we’re thinking deeply about what this shift means, for discovery, decision-making, personalisation and, ultimately, the entire travel experience.
We’re not looking to incrementally improve the travel funnel. We want to rethink it.
And that means we need Product Managers who are excited by:
ambiguous, high-impact problems
deep customer understanding
AI as a new product primitive
building 0→1 and scaling 1→100
creating products used by millions of travellers
If you believe the best travel experiences of the future will feel less like searching and more like having a conversation, I’d love to hear from you.
Come build what’s next.
