Northern Arc Capital is looking for two Product Managers to join our team and drive impact in the finance space. Experience: 5–7 years in Product Management, with domain experience in finance (fintech, lending, banking, wealth-tech, or related areas) What you’ll do: 1.Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from problem discovery to launch and iteration 2.Identify and solve high-impact, high-complexity problems in the finance domain 3.Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product specs and roadmaps 4.Work closely with engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams to ship fast without cutting corners 5.Use data to define success metrics, track outcomes, and continuously refine the product 6.Engage directly with stakeholders — internal leadership, partners, and customers — to align on priorities What we’re looking for: 1.Proven experience solving big, ambiguous problems — not just feature shipping 2.Strong understanding of financial products, workflows, or regulatory environments 3.Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills 4.A bias toward action and ownership, comfortable in a fast-paced product launch setup 5.Strong analytical thinking backed by data-driven decision-making Skills: 1.Excel — data analysis, modeling, pivot tables 2.Figma — wireframing, prototyping, collaborating with design 3.SQL — querying data, independent analysis 4.Statistics — hypothesis testing, metrics design, experiment analysis 5.Flow diagrams / process mapping — BRDs, workflow documentation, product design thinking 6.Familiarity with API/technical documentation.
