🚀 We're hiring a Staff Engineer, Product Infrastructure at Sarvam.ai (Bengaluru, WFO). At the heart of our conversational AI platform sits the system that lets customers build, configure, deploy, and operate voice agents and campaigns. Today it powers production voice traffic for some of India's largest enterprises, and it's scaling fast. This is a high-ownership Staff IC role. You will: ⚡ Own the end-to-end backend for agent, campaign, and user management in Python + FastAPI or Golang — from data modeling to API design to deployment ⚡ Build workflow orchestration on Temporal for complex, long-running, stateful operations ⚡ Drive performance and reliability for a multi-tenant SaaS platform running at sub-second latency SLOs ⚡ Create the observability and integration testing infrastructure that lets us ship fast without breaking customer systems ⚡ Partner closely with the Next.js frontend team to deliver an experience worthy of the platform underneath Nice-to-have: products built on top of LLMs, telephony / VoIP / SIP background, early or growth-stage startup time.
