Looking for someone with high ownership, minimum 5 years of experience, strong grounding in marketing principles, and real hands-on execution behind them. Someone who's moved the needle before and knows how to stretch the value of every rupee spent.
Should understand P&L, be strong on creative and digital (Youtube, Meta), think analytically, and isn't afraid to question the status quo.
