Creative Strategy Manager@AppsForBharat
I'm hiring a Creative Strategy Manager at AppsForBharat. And honestly, this is one of the most important creative hires we're making right now.
Here's why. Over the last few months, one thing has become very clear to us: creative is no longer just about "good content." It's about understanding people deeply enough to make them stop, feel, trust, and act. We're building for millions of devotees across the world, and we want creative that actually moves the needle on performance. That takes a specific kind of person. Not someone who just "posts content." Someone who can: -Influence conversion through creative thinking -Build frameworks that scale -Connect consumer behavior with performance outcomes You'll thrive here if you: -Think in hypotheses, not just ideas -Obsess over hooks, angles, and consumer psychology -Understand D2C/B2C performance marketing deeply -Manage agencies with clarity and high standards -Love writing sharp, insight-led copy -Turn performance learnings into scalable creative systems What we're looking for: -5+ years of experience (preferred) -Experience across D2C brands, consumer internet/apps, or creative/performance agencies -Agency handling experience (preferred) And the thing that matters most: you genuinely enjoy figuring out what makes people click, trust, and convert. If this sounds like you (or someone you'd strongly recommend), apply here: https://lnkd.in/gE3muuu5 Aastha Singh| Nikita Roy| Alpesh Bupkya| Mayank Kaushal

with this targeting highly specific cultural/devotional demographics, does the creative strategy lean more towards hyper-local regional languages, or are you looking for a broader, pan-india approach?
you'll show as anon #xxxxxx. be kind.
