๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ :
โข Manage and grow relationships with priority brand partners
โข Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams
โข Drive cross-functional initiatives and improve operational processes
โข Track performance metrics, resolve bottlenecks, and identify growth opportunities
โข Experiment with new revenue initiatives and operating models
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ:
โข 1.5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing
โข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โข Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
โข Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
โข Experience with D2C brands; exposure to beauty/personal care is a plus
