We are hiring founders/founding team Past founders. Failed founders. Exited founders. Founding team folks who did everything from getting the first customer to retaining the customer to slogging over the weekend firefighting some crash. If you've been in the ring, we want to talk. And no, we don't care how your last one ended. Success or Failure don't matter to us. Founding itself is the achievement. You raised, you hired, you shipped, you survived. Most people never step into the ring. You did. We are launching something very, very special. Can't talk about it yet (see rule one exception :P). But it needs a core team of people who have run companies, not just functions. And some of the most critical streams inside FirstClub need owners who think like owners, because they've actually been one.
