The designer role has changed a lot in the last two years. Making screens is easy now, AI can do that. What I actually need is judgment. Which problem is worth solving, what's the simplest flow, what moves the business. Basically a designer who thinks like a PM. Someone who will push back on PM's PRD instead of just executing it, but still has a good eye for clean design. One hard requirement: you should already be using AI tools daily.
