We're hiring at Fawkes for 3 roles. 1️⃣ Founder's Office → Manage high-stakes communications, calendar follow-ups and project coordination → Assist in content production, campaign execution and brand outreach → Supervise documentation, hiring workflows, research and onboarding → Create briefs, write captions and ideate social content for internal and client pages → Be the founder's right hand across ops, marketing and brand 2️⃣ Business Development Associate (Junior) → Own outbound brand outreach: identify relevant brands, build a pipeline across cold email, LinkedIn, warm intros and agency contacts, and pitch tailored influencer marketing proposals → Manage inbound deals: qualify brand queries for our in-house talent, negotiate commercials, scope and timelines, close deals, and maintain trackers, contracts and payment follow-ups → Understand each creator's niche, audience and content style, match outreach to the right brand categories, and craft pitches that communicate creator value clearly → Work directly with the founder on strategy, priority targets and talent positioning, and bring back market intel on brand spends 3️⃣ Social Media Manager + Content Strategist → Build and execute end-to-end social media strategies: monthly content calendars, reel ideas, ad copies, static and carousel concepts, plus growth strategies for founder-led podcasts and infotainment content that educates while driving shareability → Own execution: coordinate with writers, designers, videographers and editors so the output matches the idea, collaborate with influencers and UGC creators, and handle publishing, cross-posting and distribution across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn → Take client calls, manage feedback and close approvals, then track performance and refine based on what is working, staying on top of platform trends, formats and algorithm shifts All roles need 3 months to 3 years of experience.
