We're looking for an Associate Program Manager to join us at Hyperpure by Zomato. Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2–3 years What you will be doing :  • Own the credit journey for our merchant partners — from onboarding through disbursal • Manage the lead funnel end-to-end, from lead generation to disbursal, while tracking early warning signals to flag risk early • Coordinate with Finance and NBFC partners to ensure accurate reporting and support month-end recons & closures What we are looking for : • 2–3 years in Fintech, NBFC, Banking Partnerships, Lending Operations, Embedded Finance, Merchant Finance, or SME Lending • Hands-on experience with merchant/customer onboarding and credit journey management • Strong process management, stakeholder coordination, and Excel/reporting skills • Bonus: Prior experience in merchant/SME lending fintech platforms, or F&B-tech companies Why Hyperpure?
