- Own critical functions end-to-end with real decision-making responsibility

- Relentless ownership - you see problems and solve them
- Strong operational rigour: processes, metrics, dashboards, and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High comfort with Excel, data, and analytical thinking
- A bias for action (hypothesise, launch, learn, iterate)
