For context: PlatinumRx makes chronic medications up to 60% more affordable via branded generics - same salt, same quality, just priced fairly. These are first-time hires for us. Whoever joins will help build these functions from scratch, with real, visible impact on our growth journey, and rare category-creation experience in this space. Brand Strategist: defines what PlatinumRx stands for: voice, identity, positioning, and owns brand campaigns end to end, making sure it all shows up consistently everywhere. Creative Director: owns performance marketing creative end to end: winning scripts, sharp concepts, rigorous testing, fast execution. Content Manager: builds our YouTube channel from scratch, and owns social content more broadly. We have a small in-house studio backing this up. All three are work-from-office roles out of our HSR Layout office in Bengaluru, sit within the Growth team, and you'll work closely with founders and me.
