Location - Bengaluru, in-office Airtribe is a community built to help people become confident, AI-fluent builders. Over 1 lakh professionals have leveled up through our hands-on, live programs, taught by practitioners who work at top tech companies. The role A big part of how our members grow is through real-world events, offline meetups and workshops in cities, online sessions with experts and partner companies, all built around actually building things. We're already running these at scale, and we need folks to help us push that further, more cities, tighter execution, and consistency across the country and online. Responsibilities - Run point on scaling our events, offline and online, city by city. Build the systems, checklists, and playbooks that let this run without you in every room - Own end-to-end execution, from planning to the last person walking out the door - Stay a step ahead on what's happening in AI, tools, workflows, and what the community actually wants next - Recruit, train, and keep our city ambassador network sharp What we need from you 1. Genuine interest in AI and in helping people grow their careers 2. You get things done, reliably, without needing to be chased 3. You write clearly and well 4.
