The 5 roles we are hiring for: 📌Retention Executive (2-3 years of experience) Someone who has worked at a D2C brand, preferably in fashion or beauty, and enjoys improving the customer journey every single day. 📌Retention Head (5-10 years) You will own the retention strategy, build the system, and work closely with the executive to drive it end-to-end. 📌App Developer (5+ years) Help us build an app experience our customers genuinely enjoy using, not just another shopping app. 📌App Marketing Specialist (5+ years) Own app growth, engagement, and adoption with a D2C-first mindset. 📌Performance Marketing Head (5+ years) Lead growth with a long-term view of the brand, not just short-term ROAS.
