Working within the Fulfilment platform team, you will lead products and algorithms that answer: • How long will your Grab take to arrive? • Which driver should receive your booking? • How do we make accepting and completing a job effortless for drivers? • How do we balance speed, reliability, earnings and marketplace efficiency in real time? • And what should the next generation of mobility products look like? It's one of the most technically challenging and intellectually rewarding product spaces I've worked in—where product, economics and policy setting, operations research, design, AI and human behaviour all intersect.
