Join YES Italy and become a part of a team that's transforming study abroad dreams into reality! 🇮🇹🎓 📍 Location: Nehru Place, Delhi (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Act as the primary point of contact for students after enrolment and throughout their study abroad journey. 🔹 Build strong relationships with students and provide timely support at every stage. 🔹 Understand student concerns, challenges, and expectations, and provide appropriate solutions. 🔹 Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion of documentation and admission-related activities. 🔹 Proactively resolve student concerns to enhance the overall student experience. 🔹 Coordinate with counsellors, application teams, universities, and internal stakeholders for seamless processing. 🔹 Assist students with documentation, application status, offer letters, and admission-related queries. 🔹 Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. 🔹 Collect student feedback and share insights to improve processes and services. 🔹 Contribute towards student retention, referrals, and overall student satisfaction.
