We're looking for 2 Customer Experience Associates who genuinely enjoy figuring out how finance works, not just the surface-level stuff, but the nuts and bolts. The kind of person who wants to know why a fund works the way it does, not just recite a script about it. Here's what matters more to us than a polished resume: → You're curious about finance and actually enjoy learning the mechanics behind it → You believe it's your job to help someone understand their money, not just process their request → You communicate clearly and transparently, even if English isn't your strongest suit → You take ownership of the customer's confidence in the product, not just their query resolution time Freshers are absolutely welcome.
