🚀 We're hiring at M2P Fintech — Product Manager & Associate Product Manager (Lending) My team at M2P Fintech is growing, and I'm looking for people to join us on the Lending product team, for our Core Lending Suite that enables banks, NBFCs, and fintechs across India, MENA, and SE Asia to originate, manage, and scale loan products across the full credit lifecycle. Product Manager – Lending (3–5 yrs) Role with real ownership of a product area where you define what gets built and make sure it lands well in the market. • Own the roadmap for your product area — from business goals and client feedback to a prioritised backlog • Partner with engineering through the full feature lifecycle — grooming, story writing, release • Drive GTM for new features — coordinate with Implementation, Support, and Sales • Own documentation as a first-class deliverable — feature guides, user manuals, release notes • Engage directly with clients to capture feedback and shape platform capabilities • Comfortable discussing loan origination, credit assessment, repayment structures, and collections without a primer • Familiarity with the Indian credit/regulatory landscape (RBI, NBFC compliance) is important Associate Product Manager – Lending (0–2 yrs) A launchpad role for someone who wants to learn how fintech products are built at scale, from the inside — real ownership, not shadow work. • Work with PMs on backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Own documentation for newly shipped features — user guides, product notes, training content • Sit in on client meetings and build a first-hand understanding of what lenders actually need • Contribute to market research and competitive analysis • A genuine interest in lending/credit/financial services, and an analytical, structured way of working, matters more than prior PM experience Both roles are based out of Bengaluru (Manyata Techpark) If this sounds like you, or you know someone who'd be a great fit, send your resume to vivek.g@m2pfintech.com.
