Earlier this year, Linktree ran a large strategic customer research project to hear directly from the people we build for — creators and small businesses managing a presence across multiple social platforms, all trying to drive a real outcome for their brand or business. What we heard, again and again, was the overwhelm they face every day. There's so much to keep up with but no centralized place to understand how they're actually performing, or what they should do next to grow. That's the real customer problem we're focused on at Linktree. To solve it, we're moving beyond what most people know us for today, the link in bio, to become their control center: a place where creators and small businesses manage their identity and, through intelligence and guidance built on their own data, understand what to do next. I'm building the design team that will create that experience, and make it something people want to use every day. Not a dashboard, not a chat panel, but a trusted, intelligent, desirable consumer experience that helps creators and small businesses reach, own, and grow their audiences — with intelligence at its foundation and their goals at the center. A few honest things, so you can tell if it's for you:  • We're a growing team with a big vision — both as a product and as a design team — and we're being built to deliver it, not just talk about it.  • We hire versatile designers with range and a spike, not narrow specialists. You'll own surfaces end to end and move across them.  • We're AI-native already, in practice. If modern tools have changed how you explore and ship, and you can show it, you'll grow and be at home here.  • Craft and taste matter enormously here. The best people on our team are obsessive about craft and pragmatic about shipping: they know a great product is built iteratively, and the bar is met over time, not in the first release.
