Priyansh Rai and I are looking for an Associate Category Manager to work with a high impact team at The Wedding Company (TWC) with a goal to drive Customer NPS and Customer Referral rate. TWC announced a $2.75m seed recently.
If you have worked in category teams preferably in service companies like Urban Company, Homelane and have seen both sides of marketplace: customers and vendors, you could be a good fit here. Work experience: 2-4 years is required for this role.
Candidates from other companies are welcome if they are logical on solving customer sales, planning, vendors and project management issues. One can see direct impact of revenue through this with NPS increment, referral rate and service orders increment, as long as job is done right.
