Mezzingo is looking for an Operations & Growth Manager who doesn't just manage operations, but creates, scales, and optimizes them from the ground up. If you've worked in an early-stage startup, built processes from scratch, hired teams, solved operational challenges, and driven business growth, we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Own ✅ Build and scale end-to-end business operations. ✅ Recruit, train, and lead the Operations team. ✅ Establish SOPs, workflows, and operational KPIs. ✅ Onboard restaurant and mess partners across Bengaluru. ✅ Build delivery and vendor management processes. ✅ Drive customer acquisition, retention, and operational excellence. ✅ Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business teams. ✅ Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions. ✅ Build dashboards, reporting systems, and growth strategies. ✅ Help shape the future of Mezzingo as a core member of the founding team. What We're Looking For • 3–8+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Growth, or Startup Leadership. • Proven experience building operations in a startup or high-growth company. • Strong ownership mindset, you solve problems without waiting for instructions. • Experience hiring and leading teams. • Excellent analytical, communication, and execution skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. • Experience in FoodTech, Logistics, Hyperlocal Commerce, E-commerce, or Marketplace businesses is a strong advantage.
