Growth Lead@Atomberg
Hiring Post to Lead Growth for a couple of categories which works very closely with me
At Atomberg, marketing is broadly divided into two teams: category and growth. While the category team is responsible for long-term Business growth across channels (>6 months from now), and over indexes on product, price and long-term brand building for the category, it is the growth team which is responsible for the short-term growth and demand generation( next 6 months) across all channels
And because it is Omnichannel, where the growth team is responsible for short-term demand generation across e-commerce marketplaces, D2C, quick commerce, general trade, etc., it's not a straightforward run-of-the-mill performance marketing role and is a fairly challenging and complex role
While having expertise in digital demand generation tools like Meta, Google, Amazon etc. is mandatory, it is not sufficient for this role. In addition to platform expertise, you would also need to have very strong first-principle thinking and a very strong understanding of creatives. You will also need to have clear fundamentals of brand & marketing. You will also need a very strong understanding of data and the ability to do a lot of control and test experiments because you would be working with insufficient data, especially when you are looking at offline metrics.
And while you will definitely own the digital demand-gen efficiency metrics like ROAS and TACOS for different channels, the most important metric that this role owns is increase in branded searches across platforms as well as share of search across platforms
Please email me at arindam@atomberg.com if this sounds interesting. This is a leadership role and needs at least 6-8 years of relevant experience. You can also reach out to Raghav Vasisht for more information. Having a warm referral from someone who knows both you and me and can vouch for the work is even better
Leading growth in controlled envirionments/single outout channels like D2C is easy. Leading growth in a truly omnichannel and scaled business which is still compounding crazily is not easy. But then again, anything worth doing and achieving has never been easy :)
