Program Manager @ Mesa | Reimagining the future of education
2mo ago
Careers Associate@Mesa School of Business
π–πž'𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐒𝐫𝐒𝐧𝐠.
At Mesa School of Business, we believe careers aren't built through placement drives, they're built through experiences, mentorship, and meaningful industry exposure. That's exactly what our Careers team is building. We're looking for Associates and Senior Associates (0–4 years of experience) to help shape how students prepare for the real world. This role goes far beyond recruitment. You'll design career readiness programs, build relationships with founders and recruiters, create internship and hiring opportunities, run events that bring industry into the classroom, and work one-on-one with students as they navigate their careers. If you're excited by questions like: > How do we prepare students for startup careers? > How do we build partnerships that create real opportunities? > How do we design experiences students will remember years from now? ...you'll enjoy working with us. We're looking for people who enjoy building from scratch, taking ownership, and figuring things out along the way. Prior experience in education, partnerships, career programs, academics, recruitment, or program management will be preferred, but it’s not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, work with people, take ownership, and build things ground up. 𝐀𝐩𝐩π₯𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐫𝐞 : https://binary.so/HHP010F
