🚀 We're hiring 2 engineers to build our in-house software backbone — East Delhi / Noida, work from office. We're a tech-first vehicle recycling and auto-parts operation. We ship fast with development partners — and now we're building the core engineering team that designs, owns, and scales what runs the business. Two roles, both on-site (East Delhi / Noida): 🔹 Backend Engineer (3–5 yrs) — This is an ownership seat. You'll architect and build new operations services / our integrations layer / the CRM/TMS/WMS backend from scratch, and you'll take full technical ownership of the systems our partners deliver — running them in production, evolving them, and owning how our core stack behaves. You'll own the APIs, the data layer, and the payment/messaging/portal integrations end to end. If you want to build and own — not just ticket-chase — this is for you. (Node.js / Python, SQL) 🔹 Frontend Engineer (1–2 yrs) — Build and maintain the interfaces and dashboards our operations run on, and take handover of vendor-built frontends. You'll work closely with our backend owner.
